The 39th Annual James V. Cunningham Service Award honors the individual
who, regardless of palpable pressures and demands, consistently displays
- through measurable action - a willingness to serve.

form (Click here for the Nomination form) ON OR BEFORE February 1, 2011.
Once your form is received, nominees will be contacted personally by the
JVC judging committee who will inform them of their nomination and request
up to five letters of commendation.
