Virginia Mergener, CMP, President and Director of Sales and Marketing, has been in the meeting and hospitality industry since 1990. Virginia has held the position of sales manager, catering manager, and director of catering and Conventions Services, at venues such as: Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and Health Spa, The Embassy Suites Temecula, CA, The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Catamaran Hotel, Bahia Hotel Resort and Rancho Bernardo Inn Resort and Spa in San Diego.


She works with her husband Stephen Mergener who handles the technical aspects of the business.

As members of National Associations of San Diego MPI, (Meeting Professionals International), San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau and Orange County Nace, (National Association of Catering Executives, they are dedicated to the continuing education in the hospitality industry. A key aspect is keeping the listings up-to-date and information current and accurate to share with their visitors.
