SPECIAL E is a unique event planning resource that rescues leftovers from meetings, parties, and special events and recycles them to help our planet and people in need. For example, we'll rescue leftover food from buffets that is normally thrown out and convert it into organic-rich compost. This benefits the environment and helps reverse the effects of global warming by conserving landfill space and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. We'll also rescue leftover food that hasn't been served and deliver it to food banks to feed people that are hungry and homeless.

In addition to food, beverages also leave behind a trail that can be put to good use. For example, we'll rescue empty cans of beer and soda from a cocktail reception, then use the recycling proceeds to purchase cans of food for abused and abandoned pets. We'll even rescue leftover remnants of beverage containers such as wine bottle corks and bottle caps and re-purpose them into jewelry and decorative products. Proceeds from the sale of these goods will be used to buy beverages for children that are thirsty or don't have access to a safe supply of drinking water!

Other items that are often left behind following an event include floral arrangements and centerpieces. We'll also rescue leftovers like these and deliver them to nursing homes and hospitals to bring cheer to the elderly and children that are sick. We'll even rescue leftover giveaways, promotional products, and event supplies and deliver them to families who have lost all their belongings in a natural disaster.
